Welcome to Beachy Keen, the breezy beach bungalow located in the fabulous Windmark neighborhood in beautiful Port St. Joe FL!
Beachy Keen has everything you need for a fun, relaxing stay in Port St. Joe! The main house features an open and airy living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen, 4 luxurious bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen & set of twins) with all new, premium cotton sheets and duvets and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for multiple families! Access the private in-law suite from a separate, exterior entrance and locked interior door, or leave the interior door unlocked to combine the suite with the rest of the house for additional space for a larger family. The in-law suite has a king sized bed, full size bathroom, living area and kitchenette. All bedrooms have smart TV's.
Play foosball, cornhole or Pac-Man in the game room or sit out on the back patio with a nice book and cup of coffee or glass of wine while watching the variety of birds fly over the pond. We provide pickleball equipment to use at the courts that are located only a ten minute drive away!
Take a 5-10 min ride on the complimentary 4-seater golf cart and explore the Windmark Village Center shops and restaurants on Good Morning Drive or have a swim in the large, resort style swimming pool. Ride over and enjoy the day at beautiful Mexico beach. Looking to walk to the beach? Take a brief stroll down to the end of our road where you will find the large, clean neighborhood swimming pool. There is a boardwalk located directly behind the pool that leads to the soft sands of Windmark Beach. The set up of the neighborhood pool and beach boardwalk is perfect for those groups who may have some that decide to take a break from the beach and relax poolside.
We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your stay.
An early check in may be provided if available.
We do allow pets with prior approval. $200 pet deposit that is fully refundable.

Guests will have access to the entire house, and both the neighborhood pool and Village pool. The golf cart can be provided with a signed waiver, driver's license copy and a $225 fully-refundable deposit.

To use the golf cart, you must fill out the waiver, submit a copy of your driver's license to the host and pay a $225 additional deposit. The deposit can be fully refundable. Inspect and take a picture of the golf cart BEFORE USE and submit to the host. You will also be asked to take pictures of the cart during your check out. Keep the golf cart plugged in and sweep / clean off before departure. Only persons that have submitted driver's licenses and signed the waiver may drive the golf cart. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE THE GOLF CART THROUGH THE LAWN.
Only 2 vehicles allowed to park in the driveway. No street parking. Please notify the host if you need additional parking.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The host needs to be notified BEFORE your booking about your pet situation. Dogs only. There is a $200 pet deposit for incidentals- $200 is fully refundable. Try not to allow animals on the furniture. We know that sometimes this is uncontrollable, so we provide a basket of linens to drape across the sofa or bed. Excessive dog hair can lead to extra cleaning fees. Dispose of any dog waste outdoors in a bag.
Do not tamper with outside alarm monitor cameras. If you rearrange furniture, please put it back in its original location.
Absolutely no smoking inside of the house. If you smoke outside, please respectfully remove any debris.
While there are no set times on noise restrictions, please be mindful of our neighbors who are permanent residences. Disrupting surrounding guests and ignoring noise reduction requests from others may result in an early termination of your stay without refund.
The most important rule: Have a blast and make the best memories!!!
