This beautiful home has been recently updated to include brand new laminate flooring, updated bathrooms with new tiling and flooring, new furniture, new lighting, new appliances including a gas stove, open staircase, and shiplap on the walls in the main living area. This spacious home is so close to the ocean, you can hear the waves rolling in at this South Beach getaway.
Brand new in 2024, the fully equipped kitchen, right off the main entrance, has waterfall countertops, new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and a reverse osmosis water purification system at the kitchen sink. The kitchen is also where you will find the new stacked washer and dryer. There is also four stools at the countertop. The dining room table opens to seat eight people. The living room has two gray sofas and a large, mounted 58" SMART TV over the fireplace. A new update includes a large glassed-in Carolina room flowing off the living room. This room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, a couch and a 37” mounted TV. There’s also a remodeled screened-in porch that’s twice its original size and a perfect place to gather for a meal or play games. There is a sectional couch, ceiling fan, and a table that seats eight. Beyond that, lounge and soak up the island sun on the large outdoor deck featuring plenty of outdoor seating and a Weber propane grill. Walk down the steps to the boardwalk to the beach and don’t forget to rinse off when you come back in the brand-new outdoor shower with hot and cold water and lots of bench seating.
Back inside is a bathroom in the hall with a walk-in shower with bench seat and a single vanity. To the right is a bedroom with a king size bed, chair, walk-in closet, 32” TV and a private bathroom with granite topped double vanities and a large walk-in shower with bench seat. This bedroom has a sliding door that opens to the outdoor deck. The second bedroom on this level has a king bed and walk-in closet.
The second floor has two more bedrooms; the master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, 32” TV and access to a private balcony where there is a high-top table for two and beautiful ocean views. A great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the ocean breeze. The ensuite bath has a single, granite topped vanity and walk-in shower with bench seat. The final bedroom is the kids room featuring two twin beds, a Navy camp chair, walk-in closet and 32” TV. The private bath has a single, granite topped vanity and tub/shower combo.
You are just a short flip-flop walk to the ocean, South Beach Marina Village, outside seasonal live entertainment, tennis, swimming, playground, and endless miles of paved bike trails throughout Sea Pines. No matter how you want to spend your time, this Beachside home has it all! Escape. Relax. Repeat!
