The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances (including double-oven, air fryer with dual baskets and beverage fridge). The dining area and living room are on the lakeside of the home and have great water views. Living room has large flatscreen TV and comfy furniture! The master suite is located on the main level and offers a king bed, TV, plus full bathroom with shower. There's also a guest bedroom with queen bed and a shared full bathroom with shower.
The lower level has a nice family room with reclining sofa, and direct access to the lakeside patio. There is a bedroom & flex room (1 w/queen bed and the other with a full bed), plus a full bathroom with shower on the lower level. Game console with 60+ electronic games and extra fridge.
Full length, covered lakeside deck with outdoor furniture. Paved driveway, plus ramp leading to deck. Entry door from ramp is 36" wide.
Gentle, short walk to private dock with ample space to tie-up a boat, covered boat slip (no hoist), floating dock and jet ski port! Kayaks (1 adult, 1 youth), canoe and paddleboard also available for use!
