Perfect Townhome near the square and campus! 3 Bedroom - 2.5 Bath - 2 Car Garage. Great Location!- a 5 minute drive to The Square, and 5 minutes to Midtown’s Snack Bar, Volta, and Big Bad Breakfast and 5 minutes to campus. It is located near the airport and the Oxford Depot Trail. Our Townhome is perfect games weekends, parent weekends and graduation. Master - King; Guest - King; Guest - 2 Full; Bunk - Full and Twin.
The Space:
Unwind at this cozy Southern style townhome. The townhome has hardwood floors on the 1st floor and carpet on the 2nd floor and finished with for a luxurious yet charming feel. Although shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute drive, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

We are located in a family friendly neighborhood, surrounded by lush trees and enchanting southern homes. Walk to the Oxford Square, popular restaurants, The University of Mississippi, or take in a quick tennis match at John Leslie tennis center, using the Depot Trail. We are conveniently located near the Oxford Airport.
Getting Around:
The Townhome is located in the heart of Oxford, steps away from the Oxford Square. Take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood soaking in all the sights and surroundings that this charming southern town has to offer. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. The Oxford Bike Shop offers bike rentals as well.
Other Things to Note:
We welcome furry family members. We just please ask that you respect our home and keep all animals crated when you are away, no animals on the furniture, and you must pick up after potty time, HOA rules.
Also, we love our neighbors and ask that you kindly respect their privacy as well. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm and no parties over 8 people please. Thank you for your cooperation!
