Perfectly located just off the North Bridge to Siesta Key and only a few miles South of Downtown! Relax, rewind and enjoy this remodeled 3 bed/2 bath heated pool single family home! Our home is modern and up to date offering soothing beach tones throughout.
Our little piece of paradise offers a split floorplan with the spacious master suite separate from the guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a king sized bed, huge walk in closet and a spa like ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk in shower, separate soaker tub, dual bowl sink vanity and separate water closet.
This split floorplan offers two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. Both guest bedrooms are appointed with queen sized beds. The guest bath with a tub/shower separates the two guest rooms beautifully and affords easy access for guests enjoying the living areas of the home.
Relax with friends or watch TV in the bright and cheery living room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen offers a stunningly beautiful quartz oversized eating/prep island and an upgraded appliance package. A chef's delight! We have stocked the kitchen with all the essentials and then some!
Dine in the formal dining room or open up the French doors to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and dine al fresco on the lanai. Our lanai is covered with a motorized pergola that allows you to let the sun in when you want or stay cool in the shade!
And what is that directly off of the lanai! Oh my! What a gorgeous pool and sundeck area! And a waterfall feature to boot! Relax and listen to the sound of the water falling as you enjoy the sundeck or float away your worries in the heated pool.
