This property is a ground level floor, first floor with access to the heated outdoor community pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, hiking trails, pond for catch/release, and the beach just right at your finger tips. This property accommodates 6 guests with a 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom, and homie island vibes throughout. This complex offers a great heated outdoor pool and hot tub to take a load off and relax. Plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan!
Bedroom 1:
Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that will ensure a great nights rest after a long day having some fun in the sun. Relax in the bed and enjoy your downtime with a Smart TV. Pack n play always in closet.

The Living Area:
Offers a Sofa and two sitting chairs. The sofa can turn into a queen bed and accommodate 2 guests. At the end of the day you may need some down time from all that fun, enjoy Netflix and multiple apps with some popcorn on the large wall mounted TV. Games for family entertainment.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dining table can seat 4 and the bar can seat 2.

You will have a furnished patio. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes. Beach and pool accessories provided in patio closet.

*All Kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dish soap and dishwasher pods)
*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, shower accessories, blow dryer)
*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)
*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)
*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower!
*Beach/pool towels provided in laundry room.
You will have access to the entire condo.
The beach is within walking distance. A wagon is provided. You can also drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking.
We have partnered with other local small businesses on the island, and when you book with us, you will receive great perks in the rental guide we provide (including discounts with golf cart rentals, beach rentals, grocery concierge, in home massages, boutiques, salons, and free appetizers at certain resaurants)
*This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book. This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself!
