Old established neighborhood. We’ve lived in the area for years and it is fairly quiet and idyllic. Some neighbors have chickens. There’s lots of trees in the area and it is very safe. This home is over 70 years old! Of course it has been updated and made comfortable for our modern ways, but the original wood floors remain.
Central Refrigeration system and a security system for your peace of mind.
Full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, cooking ware and dining for 6 people.
Master bath has a shower. Hall bathroom has a double shower and double vanity.
Backyard is small, but available. It has a covered porch and two small dirt areas, with a few exterior chairs.
Working dryer and washer is inside the kitchen.

5 minutes from Loop 375, 5 minutes from Walmart, 5 minutes to a large public park. Shawver park has a large walking area and they also have a public pool (please check their website for availability and prices), 10 minutes to Zaragoza international bridge to México, 18 minutes to Bridge of the Americas International bridge to Mexico.
Please keep in mind this home is like a “duplex”. It is attached to a second unit that we the owners use as an office and storage: We daily come to the area during work hours, but we do not come to your unit and we respect your privacy. You will see our vehicles behind your fenced yard and may see us drive by your windows.
We do monitor the entrances to the property with EXTERIOR doorbell cameras, for everyone’s safety and security.
