Ojai is located 15 min drive/ 45 min bike ride, and Ventura is a 5 min drive/ 15 min bike ride to the beach, Carpinteria is 20 min drive, Los Angeles 1 hour and 1/2. Includes One Queen Select Comfort bed in Master bedroom with Fold Out Desk Area/ File Drawers, Flat Screen TV and Air Conditioning. 2nd Bedroom w Queen Bed. Bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower combo. Kitchen has Stainless Double Door frig, Convection Oven, Granite Counter Tops, Build in Kitchen desk area, and Country Porch facing South off living area to enjoy Morning Sunrises, and Evening Sunsets. All linens are 300 plus thread count. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the property. Families come to this area to enjoy Ventura beaches, Ventura Pier, or a bike ride or drive up the mountain to Ojai. The Ojai to Ocean bike path is located just down the hill at the Canada Larga exit. Mountains to Beach 1/2 Marathon starts at the bottom of our street every May. Patagonia New Headquarters is one mile walk down the street. Washer and dryer on site in separate laundry room. Unit also has its own private gated front yard w/ lawn and beach chairs to take to the beach or to enjoy the ocean breeze in your own front yard.
